Jump at the chance to try trampolining

CHILDREN and adults with a disability are being encouraged to try out a new sport with sessions run by qualified coaches.

The disability trampolining sessions will be held from 15th September at the Dukeries Leisure Centre in Ollerton between 11am and 1pm on Saturdays.

Children under 16 will have their session from 11am until noon, with children and adults aged 16 and over from noon to 1pm.

Liz Robertson, Newark & Sherwood District Council’s inclusive activity officer said: “This is a chance for children and adults to try out a new sport for fun and enjoyment.

“Whether you have tried it before or not, trampolining is for everyone and all abilities are catered for.”

Sessions will cost £2 for a one hour session. Prior booking is essential due to limited places.
