The Sherwood Arrow is the official travel partner for this year’s annual Robin Hood Festival, managed by Nottinghamshire County Council.

Stagecoach is a key guest at the festival during the week, with a roadshow stand complete with a Wheel of Fortune style game where visitors can win a prize.

The goodie bags feature a Robin Hood-themed colouring book, colouring pencils and stickers.

Sherwood Arrow bus passengers can also collect up to four badges for travelling on one of the specially themed buses - Robin Hood, Maid Marian, the Sheriff of Nottingham and Friar Tuck.

The new cartoon drawings of Robin Hood characters on each of the buses look fun as well and it’s another great way for Nottinghamshire’s famous outlaw to be celebrated.

For the 32nd Robin Hood Festival, organised by Nottinghamshire County Council, the service provides a fantastic way for the family to travel via public transport to Edwinstowe to explore the village and from where it’s just a short walk to enjoy all the medieval fun and capers of the free family festival – taking place all this week until August 7.
