JUMP racing and live music are just some of the activities that children and adults can look forward to at Southwell Racecourse on 15th July.
Chad’s Family Fun Day will include a host of entertainment including gladiator duels and a circus workshop as well as a bungee run and a chance to back a winning horse.
Event organisers have also confirmed that tribute acts Girls Alouder and Saturdayz will be performing at the annual fun day.
Girls Alouder - the UK’s number 1 tribute to Girls Aloud are now in their sixth successive year.
The free entertainment also includes a large bouncy castle, soft play area with inflatable surround and unlimited candy floss stall.
Last year’s family fun day attracted more than 5,000 people and organisers this year are hoping for sunny weather and another bumper turn out.
Nathan Corden, one of the organisers of this year’s event says the day out always proves popular with families.
“This is the third year running that we have held the family fun day and it gets better every year,” he said.
“We have a vast array of entertainment and once you’re in the venue everything is free, all you need to do is present your two for one vouchers on the door.
“When the racing is over, there is live music afterwards as well as plenty of fun for the kids including a bouncy castle.
“It should be a really good day and is a very safe environment where families can have fun together.”
Chad editor Tracy Powell said: “The Chad Family Fun Day is now in its third year, and has established itself as a hugely popular event with local families.
“It’s a fantastic day out and excellent value for money, and we hope that many people will join us again this year.”
