IDLEWELLS shopping centre will be hosting a ladies fitness and wellness event between 9am and 4pm on Saturday, 26th February.
Ladies Fitness and Wellness, located in Portland Square, will be visiting the shopping centre to offer ladies the chance to lose weight through healthy eating, lose inches, and improve their health with regular exercise.
Nicky Warren, Instructor and Healthy Eating Co-ordinator at Ladies Fitness & Wellness, said: “We don’t promote diets but try to encourage people to change their lifestyles and eating habits, permanently.
“Obesity is massively on the rise and we strive to encourage people to make their health their top priority. Just 30 minutes of exercise three times a week will give a full body workout, help you to lose weight and get fit.”
Andrew Wraight, shopping centre manager, commented: “The Community Sports Campaign has been going from strength to strength. We have welcomed so many different sports teams, clubs and fitness groups to Idlewells, it just goes to show what a great mix of sporting opportunities we have right on our doorstep”
The Community Sports Campaign was launched in August 2009 to raise awareness of the importance of getting active and living a healthy lifestyle, whilst making the community aware of the variety of local sporting activities that are available.
