A COMBATATHON challenge has raised more than £1,800 in support of a Sutton youngster.
Around 40 fitness fanatics took part in the marathon exercise challenge which combined kicks and punches with aerobics style movements.
The event raised a grand total of £1811 through sponsorship.
It was all in aid of the brain disorder charity which supports eight-year-old Ataxia Telangiectasia sufferer, Kira Carrington.
Kira’s aunt Gayle organised the event at Lammas Leisure Centre.
She said: “I’d like to thank every single person who took part and those who sponsored us. We have all done a great job in raising funds for the A-T Society.”
