Fire brigade and police visit nursery

Children at the Bright Beginnings day nursery in Edwinstowe enjoyed visits from the fire brigade and the police throughout October.

They were able to look inside a fire engine and talk to fire officers about the importance of their job.

The police brought a riot van to the nursery, and PC Corinne Williams from Ollerton Police Station discussed how they are used to keep the peace, and how the police help people in the community.

The children enjoyed the visits and staff at Bright Beginnings would like to thank Edwinstowe Fire Station and the team, Ollerton Police Station and PC Williams.
