People interested in joining Derbyshire Constabulary as a constable are being invited to take part in an on-line discussion about recruitment.

The virtual surgery will give potential applicants the chance to ask about the recruitment process and find out more about the role, including training and career opportunities.

To take part, logon to the virtual surgery section of the Derbyshire Police website between 5pm and 8pm on Tuesday 1st May.

Derbyshire police will start recruiting constables in May, seeking to fill around 60 vacancies. The force plans to take on an additional 15 PCSOs later this year.
