Trial date set for fatal fight
A Sutton man has been charged with manslaughter after another man died following an altercation near an industrial estate in Tibshelf.
The charge follows a fight which took place on land near Sawpit Lane on Friday at around 5pm.
A 39-year-old man suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital.
Jacek Golubek was pronounced dead the following morning.

Hide AdGrzegorz Betleja (29), of Alfreton Road, will appear before Nottingham Crown Court for trial on 7th April.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
