Thug broke man’s jaw outside Sutton restaurant after World Cup game

Police are hunting a thug who attacked a man outside a restaurant in Sutton following England’s World Cup defeat to Italy, leaving him with a broken jaw.

The 18-year-old was assaulted outside McDonald’s on Priestsic Road between 1am and 2am on Sunday, 15th June.

He was left needing hospital treatment.

There were a number of people in the area at the time of the incident and officers are keen to speak to anyone who can help identify his attacker.
