THEFT

Jarolslaw Bacherycz (26) of Garnon Street, Mansfield. Stole sports supplements to the value of £187.53 from Boots and biscuits to an unknown value from the Co-Op, in Huthwaite Road, Sutton. Also breach of a suspended sentence. Sent to prison for a total of 18 weeks.

Lynda Simone Lucy Smith (34) from Church Street East, Pinxton. Stole power tools to the value of £359 belonging to B&Q. Also damage to a police cell and breach of a conditional discharge. Community order made to include 60 hours of unpaid work in the community. Also ordered to pay £51 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Simon Wayne Foulkes (33) of Willow Crescent, Sutton. Stole cheese to the value of £12 belonging to Spar Shop, Clipstone Road West, Mansfield; groceries to the value of £42.98 from the Co-Op, Chapel Street, Kirkby; and a vacuum cleaner to the value of £109.99 belonging to Aldi. Sent to prison for a total of eight weeks.

PUBLIC ORDER

John McNally (50) from Hillview Road, Kirkby. Failed to comply with a direction given by a police constable in uniform to leave that locality and not return for a period of 24 hours. Conditionally discharged for six months. Ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Jonathan King (23) Pepper Street, Sutton. Threatening behaviour. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £45 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

David Harry Webster (24) from Mapletoft Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. Damaged key chain lock to the value of £30 belonging to Ashfield District Council. Fined £72 and ordered to pay £30 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £40 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Yazmin Soraya Harpham (21) from Victoria Road, Kirkby. Damaged UPVC door and brick wall with spray paint. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Luke John Forster (35) of Sutton Road, Huthwaite. Destroyed a car window to the value of £417.24 and failed to surrender to custody. Conditional discharge for 12 months, and ordered to pay £417.24 in compensation.

VIOLENCE

Adam Buckle (29) of Vickers Street, Warsop. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Community order made to include 100 hours of unpaid work in the community. Also ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

DRUGS

Stephen Machin (48) from Wheatfield Crescent, Mansfield Woodhouse. Possession of amphetamine and failure to surrender to custody. Conditional discharge for six months. Ordered to pay £45 in prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge. Court also ruled that drugs should be destroyed.
