Jacek Andrysiak (31) of Howard Road, Mansfield. Multiple counts of thefts from shops and failure to surrender to custody. Jailed for a total of 28 weeks due to persistent nature of offending.

Kerry Ball (39) of Stacey Road, Mansfield. Theft from shop. Conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Jade Thomas Daffin (26) of Central Avenue, Kirkby. Broke into a commercial property and stole a mountain bike, motorcycle leathers and helmet and a golf trolley to the value of £1,150. Jailed for a total of 30 days. Jailed for a further 120 days for two counts of assault. No compensation made.

Lee David Barratt (33) of no fixed abode. Theft from shop. Sent to prison for a total of 16 weeks.

Dylan Shrewsbury (32) of Clegg Hill Drive, Huthwaite. Handling stolen goods. Fined £75.

Public Order

Patricia Cliffe (52) of Oak Tree Crescent, Mansfield Woodhouse. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Francis Tasker (19) of Sylvan Crescent, Sutton. Used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises. also guilty of harassment and criminal damage. Community order made to include supervision and education requirement. Must also complete 40 hours of unpaid work in the community. Also ordered to pay £300 in compensation. Restraining order also made not to contact injured party directly and not to enter Chatsworth Street, Mansfield.

Jane Watts (51) of Park Avenue, Mansfield. Threatening behaviour. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Restraining order also made not to contact the injured parties directly and not to enter the newsagents at 55-56 Woodhouse Road, Mansfield.

Shaun Davies (34) of Kelstedge Drive, Mansfield. Drunk and disorderly. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge. No drink banning order was imposed.

Breaches

Neil Christian Harris (36) of no fixed abode. Failed to attend a follow-up assessment at Mansfield Police Station and failure to surrender to custody. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Daniel Thomas Cattanach (19) of Tattershall Walk, Mansfield Woodhouse. Assault of a female and criminal damage. Community order made to include supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work in the community. Restraining order also made not to enter Alfred Street in Sutton. Ordered to pay £300 in compensation, £300 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Sarah Huyton (29) of Whinney Lane, New Ollerton. Assault on a male. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made not to contact the injured party and not to enter Bentinck Close, Boughton. Also ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation.

Glen Paul Terence Nicholson (32) of Stepnall Heights, Boughton. Assault on a female. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Jailed for a further 10 weeks for breach of a suspended sentence. Restraining order made not to contact the injured party and not to go to Birch Tree Close, in Forest Town.

Drugs

Luke Terrence Siddon (21) of Poplar Avenue, Kirkby. Possession of cannabis and using threatening behaviour towards a police officer. Community order made to include supervision and completion of the thinking skills programme. Ordered to pay £40 in prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge. Court ruled forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Jason Lee Smith (39) of Grassmere Court, Layton Avenue, Mansfield. Possession of cannabis, using threatening behaviour, theft from a shop and two counts of failing to surrender to custody. Sent to prison for a total of 10 weeks.
