The three men are all charged with preparation of terrorist acts with the intention of assisting an individual - who cannot be named for legal reasons - to commit acts of terrorism.

Ulhaq is charged with entering into or becoming concerned in a terrorist funding arrangement.

Rahman is also charged with two counts of possessing a document likely to be useful for terrorism.

Adeel Ulhaq, 20, was arrested during a search of his home on Westbourne Road on 5 June 2014.

It followed a joint investigation by Notts Police and the North East Counter Terrorism Unit.

They will next appear for trial at the Old Bailey on 25th June.
