Somercotes stolen items appeal
Police are trying to trace the owners of a number of items they recovered in Somercotes last week which may have been stolen.
The items, which include a portable TV, a brown handbag, a black purse and a box containing costume jewellery and badges, were recovered by officers on patrol on Market Place in the early hours of Sunday, March 16.
A 41-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and is currently on bail pending further enquiries.
