Violence

Jamie Stephen Gregory, 26, of Methuen Avenue, Mansfield, admitted five counts of assaulting a female and was jailed for 18 weeks, made to pay £230 in costs;

Reece Shane Stirland, 23, of First Avenue, Rainworth, admitted assaulting a female and criminal damage to a door and was given a community order with three months’ curfew, a one-year restraining order and made to pay £210 in costs;

Ryan Lee Leach, 22, of Mapletoft Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order with 60 hours community service, made to pay £100 compensation and £235 in fines and costs;

Simon Heath, 27, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a female and was made to pay £295 in fines and costs;

Jessica Jade Hutchins, 22, of, Greenway, Forest Town admitted assaulting a male and was given a community order and made to pay £295 in fines and costs;

Luke Aaron Woodfield, 21, of Francis Street, Mansfield, admitted two counts of assault against a male and a female, and damaging a panel door. He was made to pay £50 compensation for the door, and £295 in costs;

Marc Christopher Childerley, 24, of Shakespeare Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting a female and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was given a community order with 120 hours community service and made to pay £295 in costs;

Steven John Bexon, 32, of Redcliffe Road, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a police officer and damaging a window. He was given a community order, made to pay £50 compensation to the officer, £150 compensation for the window and £180 in costs;

Jamie Sisson, 20, of Lucknow Drive, Sutton, admitted two counts of assault, taking a VW Golf without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence or insurance, using threatening, abusive or violent words or behaviour and failing to surrender to custody. He was given 26 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £100 compensation to his assault victim and £280 in costs.

Drink Driving

Joshua Lloyd Thorpe, 22, of Greenland Road, Sutton, admitted having 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 17 months and made to pay £565 in fines and costs;

Charlotte Louise Taft, 36, of Orchard Street, Mansfield, admitted having 103mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Peugeot. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was banned from driving for two years, given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement, and made to pay £295 in fines and costs.

Theft

Simon Frank WARD, 41, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £2,500, possessing implements in connection with theft, possession of cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 14 weeks and made to pay £260 in costs;

Lee Michael Clowes, 30, of The Twitchell, Sutton, admitted stealing a DVD player and a car stereo and damaging a CCTV camera. He was jailed for four weeks and made to pay £260 in costs.

Annalise Cuthbertson, 21, of Hatton Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing items from Tesco in Mansfield and was jailed for 14 days and made to pay £230 in costs.

Drugs

Joseph Malcolm Phelan, 50, of Victoria Street, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and being drunk and disorderly on Mansfield’s Market Place. He was made to pay £365 in fines and costs;

Gareth Sydney Davis, 34, of Spinney Close, Kirkby, admitted possessing the class C drug Subutex, and taking a bicycle without the owner’s consent and was made to pay £220 in fines and costs.

Motoring

Rosamund Pepperday, 48, of Southwell Road East, Rainworth, admitted failing to stop at an accident involving a Peugeot and a Vauxhall van, and failing to report it to police. She was made to pay £180 in fines and costs and given five penalty points;

David Graham Price, 32, of Herne Street, Sutton, admitted using a mobile phone while driving and was made to pay £100 in fines and costs and given three penalty points.

Miscellaneous

Sorin Hussainii, 33, of Outram Street, Sutton, admitted 10 counts of dealing in counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco and was given a community order with 150 hours community service and made to pay £1,040 in fines and cost;

Gankao Kheder, 27, of Padley Hill, Mansfield, admitted three counts of dealing in counterfeit cigarettes and was given a community order with 60 hours community service, and made to pay £440 in fines and costs;

Sardar Rassul, 30, of Outram General Store, Outram Street, Sutton, admitted four counts of dealing in counterfeit cigarettes and was given a community order with 60 hours community service, and made to pay £440 in fines and costs;

Lisa Suzanne McPherson, 43, of Howard Street, Sutton, admitted being drunk and disorderly on and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £165 in costs.
