Theft

Tony Eoin Boyle, 48, Burns Street, Mansfield, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely a Yeti mountain bike. He was given a community order, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Michael John Paul Bramley, 25, of Thorney Abbey Road, Blidworth, admitted trespassing into a garage and stealing power tools, trespassing onto a farm and stealing a laptop. He was jailed for 32 weeks, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Sarah Jane Machin, 24, of Thorney Abbey Road, Blidworth, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely power tools, and trespassing onto a farm and stealing a bottle of Malibu. She was jailed for 14 weeks, suspended for a year, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge, £600 compensation and an £80 surcharge.

Nicola Kathrine Quimby, 42, New Close, Blidworth, admitted trespassing onto a farm and stealing various items of clothing. She was jailed for 10 weeks suspended for a year, made to pay £200 compensation, £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Damien Hammond, 25, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a DAB radio worth £20 from B&M stores and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 12 days, made to pay £150 costs and an £80 surcharge;

Carole Kielly Louise Keane, 29, of Stamper Crescent, Skegby, admitted stealing worth £5 from Co-op in Sutton. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £5 compensation, £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.

Drink-driving

Loraine Methven Tomlinson, 26, of Kirton Close, Meden Vale, admitted having 90mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Kia Picanto. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for two years, given a two-month curfew order, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Paul Lowe, 46, of Hallam Road, Ollerton, admitted having 48mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for a year, made to pay a £205 fine, £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. There was no separate penalty for charges of driving without a licence and insurance;

Nicholas Bailey, 42, of Ramsey Close, Forest Town, admitted having 122mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 30 months, given 150 hours community service, made to pay £350 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Melvyn Gilliatt, 62, of Saundby Avenue, Mansfield, admitted having 48mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Rover. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £110, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Violence

Sharney Gwendoline Jane Buckland, 21, of Searby Road, Sutton, admitted assaulting a police officer and a male and was given a community order with three-months’ curfew, 50 hours community service, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and £50 compensation to each victim;

Daniel David Jessop, 38, of Gordon Avenue, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of two counts of assaulting a female and was jailed for six months, made to pay £520 criminal courts charge, £200 compensation and handed a restraining order;

Miss Hayley Marie Colligan, 20, of Burns Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a police officer and was fined £50, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £50 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Lee Steven Gustard, 27, of Dalestorth Avenue, Mansfield, admitted assaulting another male, and was fined £50, made to pay £50 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Motoring

Jonathan Lumley, 27, of New Hill, Walesby, admitted driving without due care and attention in a Renault Megane and was fined £115, handed three penalty points, made to pay £50 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Dean Anthony Goodall, 31, of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield, was found to have been using a mobile phone while driving a Saab. He was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was handed three penalty points. The case was prove in his absence;

Megan Kingswood, 22, of Kings Walk, Mansfield, admitted driving a Citroen at 50mph in a 30mph zone at Papplewick. She was fined £205, made to pay £85 costs, a £21 surcharge, and given six penalty points.

Miscellaneous

Shaun Bennett, 31, of Mill Lane, Edwinstowe, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Edwinstowe. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £15 surcharge;

Carl Fitt, 28, of Davies Avenue, Sutton, admitted damaging a double-glazed window and was given a community order with 80 hours community service, made to pay £100 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge and given a one-year restraining order.
