Theft

Annalise Cuthbertson (21) of Hatton Court, Mansfield admitted stealing food and household items worth £263 from Co-op in Skegby, sand cheese worth £68 from Co-op in Sutton to fee her drug her habit. She was also hit with two other theft charges.

She was jailed for 14 weeks in total, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Craig Jonathan Ray (37) of Ashton road, Sutton, admitted having tools on him in connection with theft, including a hacksaw, pliers and a screwdriver. He was jailed for 12 weeks, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Joanne Beardsley (45) of no fixed address, admitted entering a garden shed and stealing scrap metal. She was given a community order, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and £20 compensation;

Lee Vernon (44) of Hibbert Crescent, Sutton, admitted stealing pallets belonging to Wickes, and was fined £75, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

David John Dunstan (41) of Linden street, Shirebrook, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £9.98 from Co-op, alcohol from B&M worth £3.49, and a three-litre bottle of cider from Iceland. He was given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.

Motoring

Ryszard Janowski (34) of Sutton Road, Kirkby, was found to have used a mobile phone while driving a VW Transporter. He was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. The case was proved in his absence;

Jordan James Pickering (41) of Goodwill Road, Ollerton admitted driving at 52mph in a 30mph in a BMW and was fined £210, was given six penalty points and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Katie Jayne Tomkinson (22) of The Crescent, Blidworth, admitted driving at 53mph in a 30mph zone in a Peugeot 107 and was fined £145, was given six penalty points, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Jozef Anthony Richard Kaszycki (33) of Lindleys Lane, Kirkby admitted driving at 111mph in a 70mph zone in an Audi and was fined £204, given six penalty points and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Drink Driving

Tadeusz Andzelak (58) of Fern Close, Bilsthorpe, admitted having 80mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Skoda. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £170, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Mateusz Podgorski (29) of Byron Street, Mansfield, admitted having 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Rover. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He also admitted not having a licence or insurance. He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £170.

Violence

Richard Luke Dowdall (24) of Sherwood Street, Mansfield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, and was fined £35, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and a £20 surcharge;

Tristan Steven David Sheppard (19) of Fenwick Street, Warsop, admitted assaulting a female, failing to surrender to custody and entering a property with an intent to steal. He was jailed for 17 weeks, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Simon Percival (19) of Hanbury Court, Mansfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a three-year football banning order from Mansfield Town, given 150 hours community service and made to pay a £60 surcharge and £50 costs;

Stefan Broadbelt (29) of Kirkby Road, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female and harassing her with text message. He was given a community order with 120 hours of community service, a year-long restraining order, made to pay £100 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.

Criminal Damage

Stephen Harpur (34) of St Catherine Street, Mansfield, admitted damaging a mobile phone worth £300. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Tracey Partington (33) of Willow Crescent, Sutton, admitted being drunk in a public place while subject to a criminal behaviour order. She was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Leisha Keane (30) of Sanderling Way, Forest Town, admitted being drunk and disorderly, and was fined £40, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £35 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Paul Stephen Rigley (33) of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted harassing a female by sending her messages. He was given a community order and a two-year restraining order, fined £55 and made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.
