Theft

Jacek Andrysiak (32) of Howard Road, Mansfield, admitted stealing t-shirts worth £85 from TK Maxx in Mansfield, and was jailed for 12 weeks after he breached a previous conditional discharge. He was made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge;

Michelle Dargue (35) of Woodhouse Road, Mansfield, admitted stealing a DVD box sets from Primark worth £28. She was jailed for six weeks, suspended for a year, and made to pay £40 costs and an £80 surcharge;

David Carl Armstrong (47) of Stoneyford Court, Sutton, admitted stealing meat worth £25 from Iceland in Sutton and was given a community order, made to pay £25 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge;

Kate Draycott (29) of Carsic Road, Sutton, admitted nine charges of theft including stealing steak, cheese and alcohol worth £47, other meat worth £91 and razors worth £28 from Co-op in Blidworth, £140 worth of meat from Co-op in Rainworth, £28 of meat from Co-op in Clipstone, £30 worth of champagne from Co-op in Skegby and £30 worth of food from Tesco in Sutton. She was handed a community order with drug rehabilitation, made to pay £364 compensation in total and £150 criminal courts charge;

Laura Farley (19) of Fritchley Court, Mansfield admitted stealing groceries worth £12 from Tesco in Mansfield, and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.

Violence

Jovan Omar Gregory (18) of Fritchley Court, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards two PCSOs and was handed a community order and made to pay £250 costs and £50 compensation to each of the officers;

Evija Vilhelma (31) of 12 Lord Street, Mansfield, admitted four counts of assaulting a police officer two counts of failing to surrender to custody, and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and a £15 surcharge;

Lara Thom (23) of Patterson Place, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a detention officer and a police officer and was fined £500, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and £50 compensation to each of the victims;

Simon Peter Glazebrook (35) of Sylvan Avenue, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a female and damaging a handbag and was given a community order, a one-year restraining order and made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Shannon Jo Lewis (19) of Eckington Walk, Mansfield, admitted assaulting another female and was handed a community order with three months curfew, made to pay £51 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Donna Marie Salisbury (36) of Hollington Way, admitted assaulting another female and was handed a community order with three months curfew, made to pay £51 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Jeremy Russell Bone (22) of High Hazles Drive, Huthwaite, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer,. he was given 100 hours community service, made to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Ian Shaun Morley (24) of Palethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale, admitted possessing a knife in a public place and was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for nine months, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and an £80 surcharge;

Criminal damage

Haydn Miles Wright (20) of Carnarvon Grove, Sutton, admitted damaging a kitchen window and was handed 120 hours community service, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge and a £60 surcharge.

Motoring

Jurgen Mensinga (44) of Church Lane, Sutton, admitted driving a Mercedes at 52mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £385, made to pay £85 costs, a £39 surcharge and handed six penalty points;

Robert Lindsay Newton (61) of Sandgate Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted driving a Peugeot at 56mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £270, made to pay £85 costs, a £27 surcharge and handed six penalty points;

Jill Barbara Ellen Radford (48) of Naples Crescent, Pleasley, admitted driving a Renault at 51mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £300, made to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge and handed six penalty points.

Drugs

Dean Michael Graves (41) of Chesterfield Road North, Mansfield, admitted possession of cannabis, interfering with a car, trespassing on portable cabin with an intent to steal, and breaching a suspended sentence given to him for a previous conviction for burglary. He was jailed for 32 weeks, made to pay £180 criminal courts charge and an £80 surcharge.

Drink driving

Stephen Edward Marriott (62) of Cosgrove Avenue, Sutton, admitted having 95 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for three years, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and an £80 surcharge.
