Brian Dudley Procter (44) of Findern Court, Mansfield admitted stealing a quantity of pop up tool chests and garden knives from Mitchell’s in Mansfield. He was jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £150 costs and an £80 surcharge;

Przemyslaw Malinowski (35) of Baums Lane, Mansfield, admitted breaching a restraining order by visiting an address he was prohibited from doing, and committing an offence during a suspended sentence for two counts of battery and threatening behaviour. He was jailed for 32 weeks, made to pay £150 criminal court charge and an £80 surcharge;

drink driving

Aaron Guy (39) of Percival Crescent, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of having 84mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroen. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £320, made to pay £620 costs, a £32 surcharge, and was given 10 penalty points;

Michael Eaton (46) of Edingley Avenue, Mansfield, admitted having 47mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Daewoo. The lag limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £200, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Michelle Lisa Carlisle (42) of Orchard Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting another female and was given 80 hours community service, was subject to a restraining order, made to pay £310 costs, £350 compensation to the victim and a £60 surcharge;

He also admitted damaging a mobile phone belonging to the victim and given 80 hours community service and made to pay £30 compensation;

Gemma Louise Butler (28) of Third Avenue, Clipstone, admitted using threatening or abusive words, behaviour or disorderly behaviour and was fined £200, made to pay £100 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge and £20 surcharge;

Richard Mark Wujiw (59) of Elmfield, Warsop, admitted used threatening or abusive words, behaviour or disorderly behaviour, and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, made to pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge;

Sean Christopher Pepperday (27) of Westbrook Drive, Rainworth was found guilty of assaulting a female and was given 16-weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, told to pay £625 costs and £80 compensation;

Motoring

Daniel Kenneth Emm (25) of The Woodlands, Langwith, admitted allowing another - namely Xavier Martey - to drive his Peugeot without insurance. Emm was fined £250, made to pay £85 costs, a £25 surcharge and given six penalty points;

Paul Jackson (43) of Crompton Road, Pleasley admitted driving a Vauxhall while using a mobile phone. He was fined £60, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was given three penalty points;

Wayne Daniel Budd (49) of Paling Crescent, Sutton, admitted driving a Mazda at 50mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £200, made to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and handed six penalty points;

Nevill James Sheppard (47) of Robin Down Lane, Mansfield, admitted driving a Nissan while using a mobile phone. He was fined £80, made to pay a £20 surcharge and was given three penalty points;

Criminal damage

Andrew Paul Bembridge (28) of Hufton Road, Mansfield, admitted damaging a car window worth £100 and a windscreen. He was made to pay £3480 compensation in total, criminal courts charge of £150 and £50 costs;

Carl Floyde (26) of Alandale Avenue, Langwith Junction, admitted possession of cocaine and was fined £100, made to pay £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;
