Violence

David Leonard Bower (32) of Foston Close, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order made to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Garth Wayne Moses Blower (35) of Kingsway, Kirkby, admitted using insulting, threatening and abusive words or behaviour towards a female. He was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for a year, given a restraining order and made to pay an £80 surcharge;

Aaron Robert Adlington (22) of no fixed address, admitted two counts of assaulting a female and damaging a plaster wall. He was jailed for 169 days, two restraining orders imposed for each victim and made to pay out £100 in compensation;

Colm Anderson (43) of Richmond Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of assaulting a female and was given a community order with 150 unpaid work, told to pay £150 compensation, £400 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Tony Andrew Hayes (35) of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement. He was also ordered to pay £150 compensation and a £60 surcharge;

Riley Joe Machin (18) of Barker Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting another male and was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for a year, and told to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and an £80 surcharge.

Theft

Craig Dickman (37) of Birkdale Avenue, New Ollerton, was found guilty of stealing a hard drive containing Wii games from another person, and two counts of failing to surrender to custody. He had pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing, but was absent for his trial. He was jailed for four weeks suspended for a year, made to pay £100 costs and an £80 surcharge.

Andrew Ian Peter Warne (49) of Crow Hill Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing Smirnoff vodka from B&M Bargains worth £8. He was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay a £60 surcharge;

Simon Trevor Pridmore (38) of Third Avenue, Forest Town, admitted stealing toiletries worth £39 from Poundstretcher and was jailed for six weeks;

Mark Anthony Watts (43) of Main Street, Huthwaite, admitted stealing a tin and clock worth £50 from the PDSA and two hats worth £21 belonging to Blue Ink. He was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement, told to pay £170 in costs and a £120 surcharge.

Drink driving

Brinsley Sean Cutts (29) of Birch Street, Church Warsop, admitted having 98mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for two years, fined £110, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. He also admitted a charge of criminal damage after damaging a wooden chair, for which he received a two-year conditional discharge;

Jessica Claire Raine (27) of Crocus Street, Kirkby, admitted having 94mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroen Saxo. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was banned from driving for 25 months, given 40 hours community service, and told to pay £85 costs and a 60 surcharge.

Motoring

Louise Anne Bacon (42) of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Mercedes while using a mobile phone. She was fined £200, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and given three penalty points. The case was proved in her absence;

Louanne Cheesmond (30) of Bruntings Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall while using a mobile phone. She was fined £250, told to pay £85 costs and a £25 surcharge and given three penalty points. The case was proved in her absence;

Aaron Lee Hudson (30) of Blake Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted using a mobile phone while driving a Ford Mondeo, and was fined £100, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given three penalty points.

Criminal damage

Scott Matthew Walker (39) of Leamington Hall Flats, Sutton, admitted damaging an internal door, a glass coffee table and TV worth £500. He was given a community order with three months’ curfew and ordered to pay £200 compensation;

Anthony Lee Hodder (25) of Talbot Street, Mansfield, admitted two counts of damaging to windscreen of a Ford Cougar and possession of cannabis, He was given 12 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £85 costs and an £80 surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Luke John Forster (36) of Sutton Road, Huthwaite, was found guilty of exposing his genitals with the purpose of causing alarm or distress and was given a community order, made to pay £150 costs and a £60 surcharge. The case was proved in his absence;

Mark Lapko (32) of Spindle Court, Mansfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Mansfield town centre and was fined £70, made to pay £85 costs and a £290 surcharge.
