Ross Layden (30), Elm Tree Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. Attended an address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

THEFT

Craig Ray (36), Jubilee Road, Sutton. Caught with articles in connection with theft of motorvehicles. Fined £165 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Emma Crowder (32), Burnside Drive, Mansfield. Stole groceries to the value of £24.25, belonging to Tesco. Stole chicken, to the value of £3.77 belonging to Asda. Jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months.

MOTORING

Matthew Thompson (47), Wood Lane, Church Warsop. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £400 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

Sean Leivers (46), of Little Barn Lane, Mansfield. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £160 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Viktor Rajna (32), Station Road, Mansfield. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorse with five penalty points. Fined £140 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Przemyslaw Malinowski (35), Byron Street, Mansfield. Drove a motorvehicle while banned from driving. Failed to provide breath sample. Jailed for 16 weeks. Banned from driving for 60 months. Made to pay victim surcharge of £80.

MISCELLANEOUS

David Avery-Haggan (45), failed to notify of a change of address within three days of moving, as ordered by the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Jailed for six months suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay court costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £80.

Brian Proverbs (44), Rowan Close, Forest Town. Sent a letter which conveyed a threat in order to cause the recipient distress or anxiety. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words toward a police officer. Given community order with six alcohol sessions. Ordered not to contact victim. Made to pay compensation of £100.

James Hall (54), Seagrave Avenue, Kirkby. Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Restraining order made in respect of victim.

FRAUD

Nadine McLeary (34), Lower Meadow Lane, Huthwaite. Failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to income support. Failed to notify Ashfield District Council of a change in her circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing and council tax benefits. Given three-month curfew with electronic tag between 8pm-7am. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.

ASSAULT

Jason Reeves (29), Larkfield Avenue, Kirkby. Assault by beating. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months. Ordered to participate in building better relationships sessions for 31 days. Made to pay victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.

Richard Wujkiw (58), Elmfield, Warsop. Assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Richard Wujkiw (58), Elmfield, Warsop. Damaged iPhone 5c to the value of £500. Made to pay £85 court costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Richard Dearden (43), Leeming Lane North, Mansfield Woodhouse. Knowingly permitted the production or attempted production of cannabis at his home. Fined £265 and made to pay £85 court costs and £26 victim surcharge.

Sahra Clayton (42), Black Rock Way, Mansfield. Found in possession of a quantity of diamorphine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15.

Lee Price (35), Redruth Drive, Mansfield. Found in possession a quantity of amphetamine. Given drug rehabilitation requirement. Made to pay victim surcharge of £60.
