THEFT

Emma Louise Cowder (31), of Austin Close, Ravensdale. Stole wine to the value of £4.99 from Sainsburys. Ordered to pay £5.58 compensation and £15 victim surcharge. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Robert Lee Armstrong (37), of Lindley Street, Mansfield. Stole Hitec Trainers to the value of £12 belonging to TK Maxx stores. Ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Callum Anthony Muir Jackson (31), of Nottingham Road, Mansfield. Stole 10 DVDs to the value of £47.90 belonging to Home Bargains. Stole meat to the value of £42 belonging to Iceland. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Committed to prison for a further four weeks consecutive to previous offence.

BREACHES

Gary Edward Chadwick (33), of Newlands Drive, Forest Town. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Fined £30 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £30 in court costs.

Lee Patrick Harvey (35), of Tideswell Court, Mansfield. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. New and varied order made to Drugs Rehabilitation Requirement. Ordered to pay £40 court costs

DRUGS

Shaun Andrew Hayes (28), of Lawrence Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. Admitted possessing a quantity of class B drugs, cannabis. Also had in possession a weapon designed or adapted to discharge CS Incapacitant. Community order made to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 in court costs. CS gas forfeited and destroyed.

Cameron Paul Mitchell (57), of Edward Street, Kirkby. Admitted possessing a quantity of class B drugs amphetamine. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. Drugs forfeited and destroyed.

ASSAULT

Keely Rose (29), of King Street, Kirkby. Admitted to assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Supervision requirement and restraining order made. Not to visit Orchard Road in Kirkby until 14/01/2015. Ordered to pay £50 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £100 in court costs

Leon Mark Denton (37), of Trowell Court, Mansfield. Found guilty of assault. Committed to prison for 10 weeks. Pleaded guilty to stealing a laptop computer of unknown value belonging to Tesco. Committed to prison for 4 weeks consecutive to other matters

Dawn Tracy Thompson (47), of Scholars Way, Mansfield. Speeding. Fined £600, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. Licence endorsed with 3 points.

Michelle Anne Shaw (47), of Mayfield Street, Kirkby. Failed to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances that would affect entitlement to income support. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £250 in court costs.
