DRUGS

Claire Louise Harris (36) of Princes Street, Mansfield, admitted being in possession of a quantity of the class A drug, diamorphine (heroin). She was fined £100 and told to pay a £20 surcharge.

VIOLENCE

Andrew Philip Owens (42) of Hardwick Lane, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order, restraining order and told to pay £75 compensation, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge. He also admitted stealing £220 from the female.

THEFT

Matthew Lee Clarke (21) of Walesby Drive, Kirkby, admitted stealing eight bottles of wine worth £84 and meat from Tesco in Kirkby. He was given a community order with a three-month curfew and told to pay £45 compensation.

DRUNK

Patrick Michael Turner (24) of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly in the Market Inn pub. He was fined £95, and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Gareth Michael Yemm (28) of Sandalwood Drive, Kirkby, admitted being drunk and disorderly in the Wetherspoons pub in Kirkby. He was £100 and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

DRINK DRIVING

Jamie-lee Fines (22) of Prospect Street, Mansfield, was found to have 60 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. Admitting the charge, she was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £110 and told to pay a £20 surcharge;

Stephen Donald Ross (49) of Sandmartins Close, Mansfield, was found to have 98 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. Admitting the charge, he was banned from driving for 24 months, carry out 80 hours of community service and told to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Lorraine Buczel (52) of Tuxford Court, Mansfield, was found to have 50 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. Admitting the charge, she was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £85 and told to pay a £20 surcharge;

MOTORING

Alan Joseph Stevenson (46) of Bamford Drive, Mansfield, admitted taking a Renault Clio without the owner’s consent. He was jailed for eight weeks. There were no separate penalties for driving without insurance or a licence;

David Sheldon (26) of Banks Avenue, Kirkby, admitted driving a Renault Scenic without insurance and was fined £110, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was given six penalty points. There was no separate penalty for driving without a licence;

Samuel James Wright (19) of Central Avenue, Mansfield, admitted jumping a red traffic light in a Seat on the A38 and was fined £135, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was given three penalty points;

Mark Richard Barlow (33) of Church Road, Clipstone, admitted speeding in a Vauxhall Astra on Clipstone Road West and was fined £300, told to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge and was given six penalty points;

Mark Bilbie (24) of Shaftsbury Avenue, Mansfield, was caught driving a VW Golf without insurance or a licence. He was fined £600, told to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge and was given six penalty points. The case was proved in his absence;

Jamie Tomas Dawes (24) of Stoneyford Road, Sutton, was caught driving a Renault Clio without insurance. He was fined £600, told to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge and was given six penalty points. The case was proved in his absence;

Joanne Evans (33) of Swinton Copse, Boughton, was caught driving a Renault Clio without insurance. She was fined £600, told to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge and was given six penalty points. The case was proved in her absence;

Cavus Ozsevgic (50) of Alfreton Road, Sutton, was aught driving a Mercedes Kompressor without a licence. He was fined £200, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was given three penalty points. The case was proved in his absence;

Richard James David Smith (42) of Fir Tree Close, Forest Town, was caught speeding in a Ford C-Max on Derby Road, Annesley. He was fined £200, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge and was given three penalty points. The case was proved in hid absence;
