Perry Lee Barnes (21) of Firemans Row, Sutton, admitted breaching a community order on three occasions. He was handed a 12-week jail term, suspended for a year.
Malgorzata Brodecka (36) of Victoria Street, Mansfield, admitted drink driving after she was caught behind the wheel of a Rover with 87 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit 35 mcgs. She was banned from the road for 20 months, fined £230 and told to pay £85 costs and a £23 surcharge;
Lee Patrick Smith (41) of Littleworth, Mansfield, admitted drink driving after he was caught behind the wheel of a Rover with 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £230 and told to pay £85 costs and a £23 surcharge.
Clare Errington (33) of Birchin Walk, Mansfield, admitted driving an Audi without insurance. She was fined £240, given eight penalty points, and told to pay £85 costs and a £24 surcharge;
Michael Walls (30) of Birchin Walk, Mansfield, admitted driving an Audi without insurance. He was fined £100, given six penalty points, and told to pay a £20 surcharge;
Brett Tyrone Denby (22) of Second Avenue, Forest Town, admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa without due care and attention, without a licence, insurance and refusing to stop when told to by a police officer. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £185, pay costs of £85 and a £20 surcharge.
John Parker (50) of Lime Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female. He was told to carry out 40 hours community service, pay £40 costs and a £60 surcharge;
Charles John Henry Baker (35) of Boarhill Grove, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female. He was given a community order and restraining order to contact the victim. He was also told to pay £50 compensation, £90 costs and a £60 surcharge. He was already subject to a conditional discharge after he was caught shoplifting, but no further action was taken on the breach;
Gavin Kyle Smith (26) of Forest Road, Blidworth, admitted two counts of assaulting a female occasioning actual bodily harm. He was jailed for 43 weeks;
Ashley James Barnard (23) of Yeovil Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order and told to pay a £60 surcharge;
Eric Bacon (70) of Doles Lane, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a male and was fined £350, made to pay £450 costs and a £100 surcharge.
Jack Nicholas Pincott (20) of Willoughby Court, Bellamy Road Estate, Mansfield admitted damaging a window and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 costs and a £15 surcharge;
Steven Anthony Cole (34) of Langwell Drive, Forest Town admitted damaging a front door of a property and was fined £55, told to pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
Christopher Wayne Braithwaite (23) of King Street, Mansfield Woodhouse admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £70, told to pay £60 costs and a £20 surcharge. He was also given three penalty points for having a defective tyre on a Vauxhall Vectra.
Ricky Lee Thornley (21) of Clumber Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing £216 worth of cable belonging to Western Power. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, and told to pay a £15 surcharge.
Julian John Baker (27) of Teal Avenue, Mansfield, admitted stealing video games worth £30 belonging to ASDA. He was given 120 hours community service, and pay a £60 surcharge. He was also given 120 hours for admitting stealing plastic storage boxes from Poundstretcher on Portland Retail Park.
Kate Draycott (28) of Carsic Road, Sutton, admitted stealing 13 bottles of perfume worth £208 from Marks and Spencer in Mansfield. She also admitted stealing rump and sirloin steaks from Co-Op in Mansfield worth £34. She was jailed for 19 weeks.
Richard Horsfield (31) of Chelmorton Close, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen Mitsubishi Shogun worth £13,000. He was given an eight-week jail term, suspended for a 12 months. He was made to pay costs of £465 and £80 surcharge.
