No plea to cannabis cultivation charges
A Clipstone man has appeared before magistrates charged with growing cannabis plants at his home.
Simon John Kelly (41) of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone Village, appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 8th October.
Kelly is charged with growing a total of nine cannabis plants at an address in Ashfield.

Hide AdHe is also charged with possession of cannabis and possession of amphetamine on 22nd June this year.
Kelly entered no plea when he appeared before the court and his case was transferred to the crown court.
He will next appear before Nottingham Crown Court on Wednesday 22nd October.
Kelly also denied two charges of domestic violence at the hearing.
