Motorist sought after Hucknall hit and run

A 22-year-old man was crossing Storth Avenue in Hucknall, when he was hit by a car which came around the corner from Watnall Road.

He sustained minor injuries in the collision, which happened at about 8pm on Sunday. He was taken to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre.

The car left the scene.

The make and model of the vehicle is unknown but it was a dark colour and of a medium size.

Officers believe the windscreen may have been damaged.
