Man had phone and wallet stolen in Sutton

Police are asking for information after a man had a mobile phone and wallet stolen from him in Sutton.

The man said he was walking on Oak Street at 2.40pm on 2nd September, when two men confronted him and asked for the time.

When he pulled out his phone, one of the men stole his wallet and the mobile and they both ran off.

The men are described as European white males, one 5’5” wearing a dark coloured baseball cap, jeans and a white tee shirt, the other 5’6”, with light brown short hair, wearing a white top with writing on it and dark trousers.
