Kirkby breakers yard offers reward after £10,000 theft

Thieves who broke into a Kirkby car breakers yard escaped with £10,000 of stock and equipment.

Police are invstigating the overnight raid in the compound at at Charles Trent Ltd, Lowmoor Road Business Park on Sunday 29th June.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101, quoting incident number 88 of 30th June.

The company is appealing for anybody that has information that could help apprehend the culprits to come forward and has provided a £5,000 reward for information that leads to a successful conviction.
