Jake Jordan Marston

In a recent edition of the Chad’s Reports from the Courts we carried details of Mr Marston’s conviction for assault.

The report also referred to this offence having occurred during a period of suspended sentence for an earlier assault and possession of a Class A drug.

We have been asked to point out that Mr Marston’s suspended sentence did not involve the possession of any drugs and this was referred to in the piece in error.

We are happy to clear up any confusion in relation to this, and apologise for the error.
