Theft

Rafal Kunicki (30) of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing two £9 bottles of vodka from Aldi on two separate days. He was fined £70 for each theft, and told to pay £9.40 compensation;

Damien Hammond (24) of Bath Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing clothes worth £46 from Peacocks, a £45 electric drill from Aldi, having cannabis in his possession and failing to comply with a requirement order. He was jailed for 20 weeks in total, suspended for a year, and pay £46 compensation;

Christopher Lee Parkin (19) of Ruskin Road, Mansfield, admitted trying to steal a Ford Fiesta and was given 808 hours community service, pay £40 costs and a £60 surcharge.

Motoring

Ros Key (26) of Cambria Road, Pleasley, admitted failing to give a specimen for a drink-driving test. He was banned from driving for two years, told to carry out 120 hours community service and pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge;

Matthew James Peace (24) of Spindle Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to provide a name and address after being stopped by a police officer while driving a Honda Civic, driving without insurance, and speeding. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £180 and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. The case was proved in his absence from court;

Patrick Quilligan (40) of Blackbridge Park, Pleasley Vale, was charged with failing to identify who was driving a car alleged to have been speeding. He was banned from driving for nine months, fined £600, and told to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge. The case was proved in his absence from court;

Michael Ian Lawrence (35) of Bridge End Avenue, Selston, admitted speeding in a BMW and was fined £430, told to pay £85 costs and a £43 surcharge, and was given six penalty points;

Catherine Rose Cheyne (24) of Garnet Close, Mansfield, admitted speeding in an Audi and was fined £300, told to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge, and given six penalty points;

Barzine Alie (28) of Russell Street, Sutton, was charged with speeding in a Ford Focus and was fined £200, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given six penalty points. The case was provided in his absence;

Michael Barry Hunt (30) of Blidworth Dale, Ravenshead, was found to have been driving without due care and attention and without a licence. He was fined £200, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge, and given four penalty points.

Drink-Driving

John Lee England (34) of Big Barn Lane, Mansfield, admitted having 65 mcgs in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit id 35 mcgs. He was fined £400, banned from driving for 18 months, and told to pay £500 costs and a £40 surcharge;

Joe Henderson (22) of Valley Road, Shirebrook, admitted having 71 mcgs in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit id 35 mcgs. He was fined £155, banned from driving for 36 months, and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Robert Clarke (23) of Houfton Road, Bolsover, was found guilty after a trial of having 73 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was fined £155, banned from driving for 20 months, and told to pay £300 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Donna Marie Norwood (34) of Argyle Street, Mansfield, admitted having 59 mcgs in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was fined £200, banned from driving for 12 months, and told to pay a £20 surcharge.

Criminal Damage

Norbert Krawczyk (19) of Charles Street, Leabrooks admitted destroying a smoke sensor in Illusions nightclub in Mansfield. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for a year, given 120 hours community service, and told to pay £85 costs and an £80 surcharge. He also admitted having a knife on him in the club.

Violence

Jayne Else (48) of Hibbert Crescent, Sutton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour and was fined £70, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Dale Brooks (22) of Hibbert Crescent, Sutton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour and was fined £70, told to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge;

Morgan Eames (19) of Dale Lane, Blidworth, admitted assaulting another male, and was given a six-month conditional discharge, pay £50 compensation and a £15 surcharge;

Jodie Smith (28) of Outram Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting three males, and was given a five-month jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £50 compensation to each victim;

Brendan Anthony Bower (21) of Shirland Drive, Mansfield, admitted assaulting another male and was jailed for 12 weeks;

Andrew Hole (51) of Crompton Road, Pleasley, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting another male. He was given a six-month community order, told to pay £200 costs and £100 compensation. He was also found guilty of drink driving after a trial in which he had 95 mcgs in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 28 months,
