A BOLSOVER man who fractured his victim’s skull during a bust-up in a bar could be facing jail.
Victim Terry Watson was with friends at Back to the Nineties, in Chesterfield town centre, when he was attacked by Stephen Foster (36).
Film recorded inside the bar showed an unknown male shove Mr Watson before Foster punched him in the face.
Mr Watson was found to have a skull fracture in the area of his jaw and ear.
Foster, of Spittal Green, admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm on 4th February .
Magistrates committed him to be dealt with by a judge at Derby Crown Court on 27th July.
In mitigation, Annette Thomas said her client disputes that the attack was unprovoked.
