THEFT

Graham Green, 37, of Kingsway Avenue, New Ollerton. Jointly with Nathan Ford, stole Gilette razors, to the value of £170, belonging to Wilkinson’s. Community order made with six month alcohol treatment requirement. Also ordered to pay compensation of £140, £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Carl Limb, 33, of Brookhill Court. Sutton. Stole an Apple iPad to the value of £500. Also admitted interfering with four cars with the intention of stealing them and dishonestly undertook stolen goods, namely a Quicksilver rucksack of a value unknown. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Also ordered to pay compensation of £280.

Steven Hannah, 33, of Sedgebrook Street, Mansfield Woodhouse. Stole aftershave to the value of £134 belonging to Debenhams. Committed to prison for two weeks.

Steven Flynn, 39, of Skerry Hill, Mansfield. Stole a mobile phone to the value of £100. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

MOTORING

David Dunbar, 47, of Carsic Road, Sutton. Drove a Renault Megane on a public access road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Robert Waudby, 24, of Wuddington Court, Mansfield. Drove a car on Corporation Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 96 microgramms of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was found to be driving without a licence or insurance policy in place and failed to stop after causing damage to two other vehicles. Also found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A. Disqualified from driving for 26 months. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120. Ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Matthew Hays, 38, of Leen Valley Drive, Shirebrook. Drove a vehicle, namely a Ford Transit Van, aftter consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 militlitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fined £276. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

ASSAULT

Callum Moody, 24, of Mansfield Road, Clipstone. In Mansfield, assualted a woman by beating her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also made to pay a £100 fine, £150 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Marcus Downey, 18, of Forest Road, Mansfield. Assaulted a man by beating him. Ordered to pay compensation of £100 and £85 court costs.

Sandis Bezprozvannjsm, 33, of Spindle Court, Mansfield. Assaulted a woman. Committed to prison for 20 weeks. Restraining order made to protect the victim. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Steven Acton, 40, of Martyn Avenue, Sutton. Assaulted a woman and damaged a fridge belonging to her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made to protect the victim. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Jordan Harris, 20, of Teale Avenue, Mansfield. Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a television and computer equipment, belonging to Asda. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring also imposed.

DRUGS

Joanne Vessey, 40, of Eyam Close, Mansfield. Has in her possession a quantity of amphetamine, a controlled drug of Class B, and a quantitiy of diazepam, a controlled drug of Class C. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

DISORDER

Micheal Bousfield, 34, of Stewart Street, Sutton. Had in his possession in a public place an offensive weapon, namely an air rifle. Also used towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. Defendant must complete a Control of Violent Drinkers programme and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work under a community order. Also ordered to pay £250 in court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Callum Dallman, 22, of Alfreton Road, Sutton. Without lawful excuse, caused damage to a toilet, bath, curtain pole, wardrobe, two doors, curtains, carpets, walls and fridge belonging to Ashfield District Council. Ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation.

Andrew Hudson, 23, of Cranmer Grove, Mansfield. Without lawful excuse, damaged body panels to a Volvo to a value unknown intending to destroy or damage the property. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also ordered to pay £300 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Jake Mercer, 21, of Annelsey Road, Hucknall. Without lawful excuse, damaged a window of a value unknown intending to destroy or damage it. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

OTHER

Emmanuel Staff, 36, of HMP Ranby, Ranby. Possessed inside a prison a device capable of transmitting and receiving images, sounds and information, namely a mobile phone and six sim cards. Committed to prison for one month and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
