Redgate School in Mansfield has received a £2,000 donation from a county councillor to help create an iPad library.

Coun Darren Langton donated the money, which came from his divisional fund, much to the delight of headteacher Paul Betts.

He said “The money would be spent to support teaching and learning in a more modern, technology-assisted environment.”

Redgate School is designed for children with moderate, severe and complex learning difficulties.
