The Rainbows welcomed several ex-leaders and Trefoil members to the church for a coffee and a chat. The girls sat with individual members and asked them questions about their Girl Guiding days and the badges they earned. The older members then taught Rainbows some action songs which they used to sing at Brownies and Guides. After the event, many Rainbows said how interesting they found the meeting and how much they enjoyed finding out about Girl Guiding’s past. The event was to commemorate the Brownie Centenary which is this year, for more information on larger events contact Girl Guiding Mansfield.
