COLIN HALL MURDER: Fourth man is arrested

A FOURTH arrest has been made by police investigating the death of Kirkby man Colin Hall.

A 33-year-old local man was arrested in Kirkby at around 3pm today, Sunday 17th February.

He is currently being questioned at a local police station.

Police have until 9.15pm on Monday 18th February to further question a 39-year-old man arrested on the evening of Friday 15th February, also in Kirkby.

Two other men, arrested in Hucknall in connection with the inquiry on Tuesday 12th February, were released without charge on Wednesday 13th February.

Mr Hall died following an attack at his home in Cornerpin Drive, Kirkby, on the evening of Sunday 10th February.

As part of the inquiry, officers also spent the afternoon of Sunday 17th February conducting a search of former colliery land off Park Lane, Kirkby.
