A CHARITY night to raise cash for Nottinghamshire Independent Domestic Abuse Services (NIDAS) has taken place at And Why Not in Mansfield.

During the evening NIDAS manager Lisa Haydon, pictured second left back row, spoke to invited guests about the Mansfield-based charity’s work and £240 was raised from a raffle.

“The evening went very well,” said Lisa. “What was brilliant was being able to raise awareness of domestic abuse to a very relevant audience.”

For more information on NIDAS visit www.nidas.org.uk.
