The awards have 15 categories and are set to be the highlight of 2016.

The categories include business person of the year, which is open to any individual that has affected the business in a positive way.

They will have brought benefits to the company, shown that they have used their initiative and always has the company’s ethos at heart. The winning individual will demonstrate exceptional drive to succeed, commitment to the organisation and ability to overcome obstacles.

The CSR and Environment Award was created as businesses are employing sustainable practices to improve business performance.

This award calls for businesses that show commitment to corporate social responsibility, including the triple bottom line focussing on the impacts on ‘people, planet and profit’. Your business should have a defined CSR strategy with achievable objectives and can show the benefits that these policies have brought to the business, employees or the local community.
