BUSINESS leaders from Mansfield, Ashfield and the wider area gathered at And Why Not for the latest Tuesday Club meeting.
The popular Tuesday Club, which is a joint Chad/Parker PR venture, brings business representatives together from a range of industries for an informal networking meeting over a two-course meal.
Speaking after the meeting Graham Parker, of Parker PR, said the meeting had been a big success.
“Our meeting in May proved a number of things to me, in particular that there are some great places to eat and entertain people in and around Mansfield,” he said.
“This month saw our 15th meeting and since our launch we have networked while eating at English, Turkish, Italian, Indian, Nepalese, Thai, Cantonese and Chinese restaurants.
“We regularly get between 40 and 50 people attending our meetings, which is a number that works as it means there are always different people to meet.
“We also get an average of 20 per cent new members each meeting, with many travelling from as far afield as Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield.
“Any business owner or manager that is looking to make new contacts in the area really should be attending our meetings.”
June’s meeting takes place at The Junction, Sutton, on 12th June from 6pm and involves a three course set meal for £13.
