Still time to enter North Notts Business Awards

With a closing date of Friday, 18th January, Bassetlaw’s finest businesses are urged to get their skates on and submit their entries for the North Notts Business Awards for 2013.

Last year the final entry was received at a nail-biting one minute to midnight and the company nearly missed the deadline. Companies are therefore encouraged to send their entries in at the earliest opportunity.

Each year the region’s Business Awards has seen the standard of entries rise. Past winners of the Company of the Year Award include Carley Consult Ltd and Springhead Fine Ales Limited, both of whom have subsequently enjoyed expansion, growth and achieved even greater heights.

The new Best Guest Experience Award category, designed to highlight our local hospitality hotspots, now boasts ten nominees which may be viewed on the awards website. Further votes are encouraged before the closing deadline, it’s free to vote and every vote counts!

The awards are free to enter and firms may apply for as many categories as they wish. The awards categories this year include:-

Company of the Year

Business Person of the Year

Successful New Business

Best Guest Experience Award

Excellence in Customer Service

Green Business of the Year

International Trade Award

Investment in Training Award

Business Community Partnership

Full details of how to enter may be found at the dedicated awards website www.northnottsbusinessawards.co.uk

The successful finalists will be announced at North Notts Business Connections Networking on Wednesday, 30th January at Clumber Park Hotel & Spa.

NNBC is seeking further sponsors and stakeholders to participate in this this year’s awards, concluding in a dazzling Black Tie Awards Ceremony at Hodsock Priory on 21st March. The awards have in past years have been fundamental in achieving widespread promotion and recognition of region’s exceptional expertise, entrepreneurs and home grown talents benefiting awards winners and sponsors alike.
