Probation for Shirebrook ‘flasher’

A FLASHER must pay compensation after a court heard that he followed a woman into pub toilets and exposed himself.

Neil Wells (42) of Hazel Crescent, Shirebrook, had denied a charge of indecent exposure last July, but he was convicted after failing to attend his December trial.

He was given a one-year probation supervision order, ordered to do 100 hours’ unpaid work, and pay £200 compensation.

Wells’ solicitor, Julie Page, said that he was ill on the day of his trial.
