Local businesses are being given the chance to slash their advertising bills by attending a workshop on how to promote themselves in the media. Award-winning PR agency, Parker PR is running a half-day workshop on how to use the media to promote your business. Delegates will learn how to write the perfect story for editors, how to know which media to target for maximum impact and how to get the media calling them instead of the other way round.
Creative Director of Parker PR, Graham Parker, says the course has been designed to suit small businesses that want to promote themselves and save money on advertising. “Good PR can help a business promote itself at about the third of the cost of advertising and more people believe it so its the perfect marketing tool for sole traders and small businesses. I am so confident that the workshop will work for delegates that anyone who does not see the benefits at the end of it can have their money back.”
The workshop takes place at Forever Green on 23rd March. To book a place go to www.parkerpr.com/events
