Mansfield District Council offers cashback incentives for new businesses

Mansfield District Council is offering a range of cashback incentives and grants to people looking to take on businesses premises within the District.

The Council is offering £250 to its existing business tenants if they refer a new business to the Council that results in a letting of vacant business premises.

The offer is available to referrals for new tenants taking on leases in the Council’s retail, industrial and office premises (including the Business Places) across the District.

£500 is available for new tenants at any of the Council’s four Business Places at Armstrong Hall at Bull Farm, Burns Lane at Warsop, Park Road at Mansfield Woodhouse and Langford Road at Ladybrook, on a first come, first served basis. The Business Places are perfect for people wanting to move their business from their home to an office/workshop space, or can provide a temporary office solution for a company restructure.

For details on the latest availability at The Business Places, visit The Business Place.

The Council is also offering £1,000 to businesses taking on new leases at any of the Council’s vacant commercial properties. Previously this successful scheme was limited to industrial premises, but has recently been extended to cover the entire leasehold commercial portfolio - retail, office and industrial.

If you are interested please call Mansfield District Council on 01623 463 463 for further details. Terms and conditions apply for each of the offers.
