RECRUITMENT and training company Positive Outcomes is looking to fill 50 new jobs after three years of growth and business success.
The firm, based at the Village Business Park off junction 28 of the M1, has seen its turnover increase tenfold and staff numbers jump from just 45 to 250 since 2009.
Positive Outcomes has taken on an additional 2000sqft of office space at its headquarters.
From its base it provides Government-funded apprenticeships for 16 to 18 year-olds, training for employed people and corporate training and recruitment services across the whole of the UK.
Among the firm’s clients are Thornton’s Chocolates, Iceland supermarkets, the NHS and children’s charity Barnardo’s.
Managing director Chris Longmate said: “The last three years have seen Positive Outcomes go from strength to strength and we are currently undergoing massive expansion in order to cope with the demand our services are experiencing.
“We have come a long way since 2009, when Positive Outcomes was a regional provider run by a team of just 45 in three regions.
“Fast-forward three years and we have increased our staff numbers significantly and increased our turnover almost tenfold, so we are extremely proud of our achievements so far.
“We are currently operating in most areas of England and have recently launched in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.”
