A company which is downsizing its Mansfield factory because of economic troubles says the number of job losses will be fewer than first predicted.
It was originally thought up to 150 jobs could be shed at Leaderflush Shapland - which manufactures specialist doors on Millennium Business Park.
Firm director Pete O’Brien told Chad: “As it stands, the site will remain open at a reduced capacity, albeit the capacity will be higher than originally proposed.
“A significant number have been offered positions at our Langley Mill site and will be transferring over there in the next few weeks. Only at this stage will be able to confirm numbers but there will be less job losses than originally proposed.
