Cotton deal for South Normanton firm

A South Normanton-based training provider has secured a major deal to train staff members from national clothing retailer, Cotton Traders.

Positive Outcomes, which is based at The Village Business Park, will provide training for staff at Cotton Traders stores nationwide.

So far nearly 200 staff members have signed up for training from Positive Outcomes, which is one of the top 10 training providers in the country.

Staff members will work towards an apprenticeship in customer service and as part of the award they will be given the opportunity to boost their knowledge of health and safety in the workplace too.

Chris Longmate, managing director at Positive Outcomes, said: “We are delighted to have secured this contract to work with leading clothing retailer, Cotton Traders.

“It’s fantastic to secure a deal of this size and we are looking forward to working closely with our client in locations all across the country.
