A MAN from Sutton has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a crash involving a minibus earlier this year.
Samuel Craig Whyman (23) is alleged to have been driving a Renault Clio when it collided with a minibus at about 12.30am on 26th March.
The crash happened at the junction of Hamilton Road and the A617 Mansfield and Ashfield Regeneration Route.
The driver of the minibus, 25-year-old Rafal Zaborowski, died at the scene.
Whyman, from Sutton-in-Ashfield, is due to appear at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Friday 30th November).
