A fun-loving boy from Kirkby decided to swap his jeans for a dress for the day - all in good spirits to raise cash for charity. Teen Lewis Lamb - who has autism and touretes - donned the fetching yellow outfit on Friday to raise cash for Comic Relief. The Bracken Hill School pupil raised a fantastic £100 for his efforts. And now is wanting to do more for different charities in future. His proud mum, Julie, said: “He did so well and said he really enjoyed it.” She said Lewis watched part of Comic Relief but was upset by it so decided to raise more cash in future.
“He was really inspired to do more for charity so maybe in a month or two he will try and raise more for another charity,” she added.
