Woman taken to hospital after Mansfield rush-hour crash

A WOMAN was taken to hospital with back injuries after a three-car smash in Mansfield on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the collision, which happened on Ratcliffe Gate at its junction with Broxtowe Drive at around 9am.

The cars involved were a Renault Megane, Seat Leon and Fiat Punto and one person had to be cut from their vehicle.

Traffic was diverted along nearby roads while emergency services dealt with the incident.

Hope all parties involved are ok. I saw all the emergency services on my way home from work and it looked really bad.

Obviously this story, which is what it is - A STORY - will prompt more ramblings from Cheryl M(oaner. I'm still in shock at her 'bad journalism' comments on the A617 crash last week. Keep up the comedy Cheryl.

I too wish all parties involved well and a speedy recovery, this is a really bad road to get out of especially when the cars are parked up on the corner where the bakery/cafe is
