A 50-YEAR-OLD Warsop man has admitted sexually touching a 14-year-old girl.
Graham Brazier, of Clumber Street, was sitting on a settee with the teenager when the offence took place, Nottingham Crown Court was told.

He admitted sexual activity with the child in September last year when he appeared before a judge on Thursday (22nd July).

The court was told he had a conviction 30 years ago for indecent assault and exposure but had never been to prison.

Brazier's barrister, Richard Posner said: "He is remorseful and knows his behaviour was wholly inappropriate."

Judge Dudley Bennett bailed Brazier until 9th September for a report to be prepared on him before sentencing.

The judge told him: "I am troubled by your case, particularly about the attitude you seem to to be adopting, you seem to think it is mitigation that the girl was sexually active."
