A MANSFIELD man has been kicked out of his council flat for playing Cheryl Cole music loudly through the night.
Martin Bramwell (22) regularly played music until the early hours of the morning - despite having an injunction imposed on him in October 2009.

He was evicted from a flat on Ladybrook Lane in a hearing at Mansfield County Court on Wednesday and has until 4pm on 3rd March to leave the property.

One neighbour, who had suffered Bramwell's behaviour for more than a year, was forced to stop at friends' houses when the noise became unbearable.

Mansfield District Council had installed noise monitoring machines and played these recordings to the court.

Evidence was also heard from witnesses as well as the council's anti-social behaviour officer.

Said Coun Danny McCrossan, portfolio holder for public protection: "Justice has been done. No-one should have to face this type of anti-social behaviour.

"Martin Bramwell was made aware that his actions could have serious consequences but he chose to continue to behave in a way that was anti-social and, therefore, was evicted."
