Mansfield man dies in Edwinstowe crash

A MANSFIELD man has been killed after a road smash on the A6075 Mansfield Road at Edwinstowe in the early hours of Saturday.
Forty-seven-year-old Gary Kornacki-King, of Dallas Street, was driving a white Ford Focus estate when the accident happened outside 1 Villa Real Farm Cottage at around 4.40am.

His car left the road before overturning and coming to rest in a field next to the cottage and Mr Kornacki-King was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

No other vehicles were involved and the road remained closed until around 10.50am, while crash investigators examined the scene.
